A monthly gathering for all women to come and sit together, cup warm cups of tea in our hands, and connect on a soul level. This is an evening to rest, restore and fill your cup, physically and metaphorically, as you experience the magic of deep restoration.

This is a time just for you

CONNECT

When women come together, magic happens. Women have been gathering in circles for hundreds of years. A practice to share wisdom, let our voices be heard, and matters of the heart be tended to.

REST

This is an opportunity to pause. We will always finish with a few restorative yoga movements and a deep rest practice which may incorporate yoga nidra, guided meditation or simply resting in silence.

CREATE

We will weave together an activity each circle that helps your soul connection, whether that is a mindful craft, journaling, a sound bath, you'll get the opportunity to explore and create.

INTEGRATE

You'll leave with a gift for you to take home so you can continue your healing journey. There will also be a follow-up email to offer you journaling or other ways you can weave the magic you experienced in circle into your daily life.
